On our travels to Bordeaux France, we stumbled across a restaurant called Le Entrecote that always had a line out the door. We waited one day to see what all the fuss was about. Once seated we realized they only had one dish on the menu and this is it. A ribeye smothered in a buttery Parisian green sauce that took us almost a year to recreate. This in-house made green sauce, takes about an hour to produce and has parsley, sage, basil, ,tarragon, anchovies, shallots, eggs, dijon and many other ingredients to create a perfect topping for this great cut of meat. Served along side with our delicious french fries. This is a dish you have to try.
